Far East Brand with "craftsman spirit" to building famous Chinese Brand

Since 2017, May 10th has been the “Chinese Brand Day” every year. As a famous Chinese boat manufacturing brand, Far East, which was founded in 2002, has been in an effort to build high-quality "Chinese Boat brand" as the goal, improve its own brand influence and popularity at home and abroad.

Nowadays some products from Far East brand have got recognition and praise in the international market. For example, FAREAST 28R keelboat got approved to be WORLD SAILING One Design Class and became the first one comes from Asia in WOLRD SAILING’s over 100 years’ history. FAREAST 28R also won many international awards and nominations. She is the best new boat under 30 feet in America Newport International Boat Show. And the nominations include: 2016 “Arets Segalbat” (“Boat of The Year” in Swedish) by Sweden, The Best Boat of The Year 2016 by sailing magazine “Sailing World”, and “Sailing Oscar” European Yacht of the Year 2016. Besides, FAREAST 28R is also very popular in many great Chinese sailing regattas, such as CCIR, CCOR, Xaingjian Cup and so on . In this August, the first FAREAST 28R World Championship will be held in Sweden and welcome over 30 international teams to compete. 

As early as 2014, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward "three transformations", which is pushing forward the transformation from China Manufacturing to China Creation, from China Speed to China Quality, from China Product to China Brand. During the 15-years development, Far East brand has followed this concept and has achieved certain results in brand building. Starting with an optimist, the company is now producing the world's top three in terms of quality and output. In 2010, the company began its own research and development of the keelboat, which has accumulated a certain reputation both home and abroad. Which many flagships have got recognition among international industry media. FAREAST 31R keelboat became cover stat of Zeilen magazine on December 2014 issue and FAREAST 18/18R won “Annual best boat” nomination by Sail Magazine.

After 15 years’ development, Far East has its product line covering international class racing boats, centerboard sailboats, keelboats, multi-hulls, sailboards and rib boats. And also has over 60 dealers in the world covering 50 countries. Because of excellent quality and innovative technology, Far East has around 30 patents for utility model and appearance patents, invention patents and software copyright to ensure its product keep leading  position in design and manufacturing.
