FAREAST 28R International Class Association hosts AGM in Sweden

On August 8th, FAREAST 28R International Class Association hosts Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Malmo, Sweden. President (Demolar Du), Vice President (Weifeng Lu), Secretary (Mats Runstrom), Technical Chair (Jesper Ott) of the FAREAST 28R International Class Association, President (Hans Broman) of FAREAST 28R Sweden Class Association and boat owners of FAREAST 28R attend the meeting.

The AGM mainly focused on the election of Class Measurer, rules & constitution changes, marketing report of FAREAST 28R, presentation and development of FAREAST 28R, annual financial report , treasurer’s report, technical & builders report and 2018 championships.

Now, more than 300 FAREAST 28R boats have been sold since launched in 2014. Besides, Bill Abbott becomes the candidate of Class Measurer. 2018 FAREAST 28R World Championship will be held in China and 2018 FAREAST 28R European Championship will take place in Slovenia.
