Available in three sizes, the RIB 480, RIB 580 and RIB 680 combine durable construction, practical deck layouts and flexible equipment options, while addressing different requirements for maneuverability, versatility, crew capacity and equipment load.

FAREAST 480

The RIB 480 is the most compact model in the range, making it well suited to individual coaches, junior sailing programs, small race operations and everyday marina duties.

Its 4.80-metre overall length and 2.10-metre beam make it easier to manoeuvre between training boats, approach small dinghies and operate within busy or space-restricted marina environments.

Despite its compact footprint, the RIB 480 retains the essential features of a complete working platform, including a centre console, useful storage, a bow anchor locker, a self-draining deck, stainless-steel handrails and flexible electrical and communication options.

Each model is equipped with Grey ORCA 828 inflatable tubes, safety lines and D-rings.

The RIB 480 and RIB 580 feature five independent air chambers, while the RIB 680 increases this to seven chambers to provide additional redundancy for larger-scale operations.

FAREAST 580

The RIB 580 balances maneuverability, working space and operating flexibility, making it the most versatile model in the range.

It shares the same 2.40-metre beam and 1.40-metre inner beam as the larger RIB 680, providing a wide and practical working platform within a manageable 5.80-metre hull.

Compared with the RIB 480, the RIB 580 offers approximately one additional metre of inner length and a second seat. The increased deck space allows coaches, assistants, race officials or photographers to work together while carrying more training and event equipment.

FAREAST 680

Designed for Larger Crews and More Demanding Operations. The RIB 680 is the highest-capacity model in the range, developed for major race support, multi-person operations, professional photography, race management and flagship club duties.

Its 6.80-metre overall length and 5.75-metre inner length provide an extended working deck. While maintaining the same beam as the RIB 580, the RIB 680 increases maximum load to 1,200 kilograms and provides five seats and seven independent air chambers.​​​​​​​

The combination of additional deck length, payload and seating allows drivers, coaches, race officials, media teams and event staff to operate together, with more room available for communication, photography, anchoring and race-management equipment.
